S4Ready is typically deployed as part of a customer-controlled environment. In those deployments, the customer is the data controller and Fenikstech acts as a processor under a separate data processing agreement.

This demo instance is configured to avoid ingesting real production data. Please do not upload live customer or employee information; use anonymized or sample datasets wherever possible.

Access to data is restricted by role, with masking applied to sensitive fields such as VAT/TIN, IBAN, and bank account details. Audit logs are retained to provide traceability for changes and access.

If you submit the public Agent download form, S4Ready stores the email address you provide together with your opt-in time, source, IP address, and browser user agent for release-notification and download-lead tracking.
