How Fenikstech collects, uses, and protects personal data on the S4Ready hosted demonstration.

Last updated: 10 July 2026

What data we process

Account and identity data: your name, work email, company, and role, created when you register for or sign in to the demonstration.

Authentication, session, and security logs: sign-in events, IP address, browser user agent, and related security telemetry we keep to operate and protect the demonstration.

Lead, contact-form, and support data: the details and messages you send through our contact or interest forms, and any support correspondence with us.

Who is responsible

Fenikstech Yazılım Danışmanlık ve Bilişim Hizmetleri LTD. ŞTİ. ("Fenikstech", Istanbul, Türkiye) operates this hosted demonstration and is the data controller for the limited personal data described above. The demonstration runs on synthetic data and does not accept uploaded SAP master data, so there is no customer-controlled data and no processor relationship on this site. Any processing of your own data under a licence or evaluation takes place in the customer-managed installation that you operate, where you remain the controller and Fenikstech does not host or access the data by default.

Why we process it

We process account and security data to provide, secure, and operate the demonstration — our legitimate interest in running and protecting it and, where you hold a demo account, to perform the demonstration arrangement with you. We process lead, contact-form, and support data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Demonstration tenants are temporary: each demo workspace, and the synthetic data inside it, expires and is torn down 14 days after it is created. Account and security-log records are kept separately — while your demo account is active and for a limited period afterwards for security and audit purposes — and lead, contact-form, and support records are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your personal data earlier at any time.

Sub-processors

We use three vetted sub-processors to operate the hosted demonstration: netcup GmbH (Germany, EU) for hosting and storage, with all demonstration data hosted in the European Union; Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) for public ingress, network, CDN, and DDoS protection of traffic in transit, certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback safeguard; and Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Ireland, EU) for Microsoft 365 / Graph API transactional email. We will tell you before we add or replace a sub-processor.

International transfers

Personal data for the demonstration is hosted and processed in the European Union (netcup, Germany). Fenikstech is established in Türkiye, which does not have an EU adequacy decision, so access to the data from Türkiye is an international transfer; we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the safeguard. Cloudflare's processing of traffic in transit is covered by its EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification, with the SCCs as a fallback.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within the periods required by law.
