Terms of Service

The S4Ready site at s4ready.fenikstech.ai is a hosted demonstration operated by Fenikstech. It runs entirely on synthetic sample data so you can explore how S4Ready profiles, validates, repairs, and prepares SAP master data for an S/4HANA migration. It is not a production service and is not licensed for real migration work.

Uploading your own data — or any third party's real or personal data — into the demonstration is not permitted, and upload is technically disabled: the demo rejects file uploads. The Windows extraction Agent is not distributed from the demonstration. Any licensed or evaluation processing of your own data happens only in the customer-managed installation that you run inside your own network.

You agree to use the demonstration only for lawful evaluation purposes, not to attempt to upload real or personal data, not to circumvent technical or access controls, and not to probe, overload, or disrupt the infrastructure beyond normal use of the demonstration.

This is a summary of the demonstration terms and does not replace a negotiated contract. Licensing, warranties, and support for the customer-managed product are governed by a separate order form and licence agreement with Fenikstech.
