Governed export and signoff
A Process Owner/Admin guide to controlled export readiness and signoff evidence.
Governed rollout, security, and handoff
Use this before a rehearsal or production-load export in Governed mode. It names the gates and the proof artifacts that travel with the bundle.
Know when export can proceed
Pilot and Governed modes use the same server gate but differ in approval policy.
- Pilot mode skips formal approval tasks. Export proceeds when blockers clear; if every remaining blocker is break-glass eligible, an authorized Process Owner or Admin may use an audited override with a required justification.
- Governed mode requires General and Local approvals. Only eligible blockers can be overridden through authorized break-glass; completing approvals remains the normal path.
- Break-glass never bypasses non-overridable integrity or evidence gates. Its actor, reason, affected blockers, and post-facto review evidence are retained.
Check governed gates
Export proceeds only when server-side readiness agrees with the UI.
- Critical and high validation blockers must be resolved or accepted through an eligible break-glass path.
- Required General and Local approvals must be complete.
- Reference-data readiness, mapping reconciliation, custom fields, and duplicate review must be satisfied.
Preserve export evidence
The signoff pack explains what was exported and why values look the way they do.
- Source-side fingerprints capture row counts and business-key hashes for reconciliation.
- Decision provenance records Quick Fix, survivorship, approved mappings, overrides, and transform attribution when capture succeeds.
- Break-glass exports require a specific justification and post-facto review.
